Always a great experience at North Hollywood Auto. I don’t have anyone able to help me when dropping off and picking up my car, and they will give me a ride home and pick me up when my car is ready. Saves me money from have to take Lyft or Uber. I never feel pressured to get additional service, and they’ll let me bring the car by at a moments notice if there’s something going on that needs to be addressed immediately. Very happy to have found this place and will continue to take my vehicle there, and any vehicles and I may drive in the future.

I needed my engine replaced for my Jeep and the dealer wanted over $10,000. John was my primary contact and he was just great to work with. They installed the new engine in a very timely period for “significantly” less than dealer, and even included a better warranty. I then brought the Jeep back a few days later with a problem and they installed a new radiator at no add’l cost. Since then I’ve had no problems but they said if I did just bring it back in. I can’t say enough about how straight forward, honest and thorough John, Dan and his team were! Tom
