I keep going back, so I must be onboard! I do appreciate the communication in general, which is a big reason I keep my service there. Most times, someone ACTUALLY picks up the phone. And when my service light goes on, I get an candid evaluation as to the time frame I need to address an issue. This time in particular, their attention to my car alerted me to a mistake made elsewhere - because they called me to tell me - and because of that, I was able to rectify the situation quickly because they had their eye on the condition of my tires. So that was really appreciated, and was a safety issue. There are less expensive places to go, I'm sure, but the attention to my car in particular and the relationship that is built because of the communication... and the quality of work... maintains my customer status.
