Now, after bringing my own car, I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best auto shop I've ever visited in my life. The mechanics and staff were fast, efficient and incredibly kind to me. They got me in the day after a holiday and I received multiple updates directly from John while they were taking a look at my car, keeping me appraised of the progress. Despite not knowing much about cars personally I left feeling more knowledgeable about my own vehicle. Needless to say if I ever need further repairs I will choose North Hollywood Auto Repair over any other shop, including the dealership.
