They were absolutely incredible about helping me when my car broke down on the freeway. They were knowledgable, accommodating and didn’t make me feel like a complete idiot for a lack of knowledge about cars. I would fully either drive several hours or pay whatever the cost is to have it towed here over any other mechanic and I do actively recommend them to people that I know.

Visiting the area from Maine in September for a wedding although I spend Winters in North Hollywood. My local car sits outside for months waiting for my return. Air flight ready to leave LAX in only a few days to return home when my car broke down. Dan and John said they would do their best to have it done before my flight and the horrors of re-booking if necessary. They succeeded on all levels, offering a detailed and understandable explanation of the issues involved with the car, the upside and downside risks, and the cost of each. There busy shop was noticeably full of cars yet mine was done in time for me to make my flight. Not just words...deeds are what counts. I'm now a customer going forward during my Winters here. These guys run a great and honest business which is refreshing in and of itself. I had a problem that had to be solved right now and despite being booked out for a month they took care of me immediately. The job was perfect and got me right back on the road. It pays to be one of their regular customers!

08/19/2024. It was a beautiful day, and I was on my way. Unfortunately, my car decided to overheat in the middle of my joy ride. I had it towed to NH Auto, they found the issue (needed a new fan motor), fixed it, I was driving in a few days, and it has been working fine ever since. I appreciate their quick turnaround, especially as the issue was a surprise to everyone. Rating: A+++

I’ve been taking my old Saturn here for eight years and never had a problem with the work. I know I can depend on expert, outstanding service. If you have an emergency, they will happily accommodate you. But for routine maintenance, plan ahead and call for an appointment a couple of weeks in advance.
