I truly cannot say enough great things about my encounters with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable auto shop in the North Hollywood/Burbank area. They were able to see me two separate times for a quick diagnostic scan due to my check engine being on. It was so convenient just being able to call and come-in same day with no prior appointment for these scans. Then after I decided I wanted to get a more in-depth check-up on my car, they were able to get me an appointment within the week, which was such a relief. As far as pricing, I felt everything was very fair and transparent. They called me and got my permission before starting on any work that would add extra costs to my final bill. They also provided me with an itemized invoice and a copy of the inspection report so I could see exactly what the cost breakdown of everything was. There were no hidden charges and they never tried to pressure me into any extra or unnecessary services. Best of all though, they were so kind and considerate every step of the way. Dan provided extremely thorough explanations and broke down what he was seeing in my car. He also shared pictures and videos to give me a clear visual of the issues he was describing. As someone who doesn't know much about the inner workings of a car, this was so helpful! I really do appreciate all the extra time he took explaining things to me.
