I took my 2009 Nissan Murano here after reading the reviews an am very glad I did! I have been sort of ripped of by auto mechanics in the past and always struggle to find a good repair place when something comes up with my aging car. John was really nice and I felt like the suggestions and advice were honest and also actually necessary (not superfluous) to what my car needed to keep me safe on the road. They have a great text notification system that supplies a link to a webpage so you can see exactly which issues your car may have, with detailed descriptions and pictures of each part needing work. I would not hesitate to recommend John and North Hollywood Auto Repair to any friends of family!

I took my Honda Fit in since the starter was broken. These guys were very nice and clear. It was expensive but it seemed like it was the price it had to be, and I got a AAA discount which really helped. I would definitely recommend this place and I will return if needed.
