I cannot stress enough, just how wonderful my experience was here! Dan was so thorough with his diagnostic with my car, and the method of communication- of uploading pictures with detailed descriptions- was SO helpful for me, as I know nothing about cars. He followed up with a phone call when an issue with the radiator needed a more detailed explanation, and provided helpful suggestions and options as to how I should move forward and prioritize my repair. All in all the work was amazing, the communication so streamlined, and the attention to detail that Dan provided made the whole experience such a breeze! I cannot recommend this place enough

Do you have a car? Sure we all do. But where should you get that car fixed? Mechanics hold the dark arcane knowledge that you don’t. And who knows if these dark wizards are on our side or are out for their own nefarious purposes. What is blinker fluid? True story, North Hollywood Auto Repair is none of that. Dan and his guys are fast courteous and helpful. They are transparent the whole way through the process, I got texts and a link to a list of my repairs. They genuinely just want to fix your car and get you on your way. This is the only mechanic I trust in the Valley.

I can depend on North Hollywood Auto Repair to keep my 22-year-old Saturn running smoothly and efficiently. As good as their service is, nobody's perfect. But they stand behind their work. They replaced the radiator a few weeks ago, but the transmission fluid line to the new radiator came loose and leaked a little. They told me to bring it right in. They found the problem, fixed it, then drove it and kept it overnight to ensure the problem was truly solved. No charge; covered by their warranty.

Believe the outstanding reviews! I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else. Dan is extremely knowledgeable, professional and ethical--what other auto repair place could you say that about? NONE is my experience. Plus they will take the time to explain what's really going on with whatever issue you have and I mean WHATEVER problem--they're the BEST!!!
