Dan has taken the shop over from Jack and has the same extraordinary standards and client service. You can trust that they will do right by you and fix only what’s needed at a fair price. Can’t recommend them higher.

My car needed a lot of work and Dan was so helpful in walking through the decision making process and in helping me to understand everything that he was doing. They also did all the work so quickly and at a good price compared to other quotes I got. Will definitely be taking my car here for as long as I am living in LA.

After reading the Auto Shop’s reviews, I decided to take my car in for service. Dan was very honest and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and told me what I could expect to pay for repairs. During the repair process, he provided me with updates and ensured I understood exactly what the issues were and the steps necessary to repair them. He even went the extra mile and sent me a text message after a few days to see how my car was running. I highly recommend this repair shop!

As ever, I appreciate so much the clarity and candor of whatever's going on with my auto situation....mix in a little good humor, and it all helps take the stress out of an auto situation, even when the unexpected occurs. I never take for granted good communication, and keeping me apprised of my situation as promised ticks off an essential box.
