Never let down by these guys. Hard working honest mechanics who aren't just invested in your car, they're invested in the car owner too. I've never felt like anybody was trying to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I've been given what I've always found to be very fair and honest rates. Thomas always makes sure to show me the old parts that have burnt out or broken down and explain the whys and wheres of replacements. I've bounced around from shop to shop in my over 6 years being here... NoHo Auto Repair is the only repair shop for me. Initially when my car overheated on the Highway... I had to pull over immediately and tried taking it into Sherman Oaks Auto Center. Thirty minutes before closing I asked if they could look at my car today or tomorrow, I'd be happy to leave it wherever. The owner looked me up and down and said "We don't have time for you." He walked back into his garage and that was that. I get it being the end of the day but he had no interest in doing any business with me that day, the next, or any other day. NoHo Auto Repair would never treat a potential customer like that.
