As always, honest, reliable, fast, and fair. I appreciate the staff alerting me to problems...and being truthful about if the repair can wait or if it's best to take care of immediately.

I went to North Hollywood Auto Repair with an extensive list of "necessary" service items suggested by the dealer. Not only was I given an in depth and clear explanation of each item, but most of them were not necessary at this time. They have new client - me!

Everything that I was told aligned with what my mechanic of 15 years in Norman, OK, said when I discussed this with him prior to contacting them. The service was great, fast, and efficient, and I'm so grateful that my son has found them to take car of his vehicle.
