I've been a customer here since 2002 and have vehicles that I often drive well past warranty coverage. I keep coming back because the management and mechanics are honest, they stand behind their work, there is good attitude at the shop with a lot of familiar faces over the years, and the prices are competitive if not almost always lower than other options. Jack and Dan will research your options on any given repair and explain things thoroughly including being upfront about costs and what is generating the cost in terms that are easy to understand. Never once have I felt they were taking advantage of my limited mechanical knowledge or pushing a service or repair my vehicle didn't really need. A few other perks - they take appointments with realistic time frames for the work you're having done, they are located right next to the redline/orangeline transit hub, they will offer you a ride if you need it, and they are AAA certified and honor the AAA card perks. They are busy shop and with good reason. Its best to make an appointment though if you happen to roll in with your car behind a tow truck they will take a look within a fair and reasonable time frame.
