I AM A RETURN CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THE QUICK TURNAROUND TIME, THE THOROUGH CHECKS (BEYOND WHAT I EVEN REQUEST), THE CUSTOMER SERVICE (JACK AND SAYEED ARE GREAT!) AND THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE. THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF AND I TRUST THEM.

Was referred here by a friend to jack. Jack checked out my car for absolutely free and let me know my options. Very straight forward. Month or so later a water pump went bad in my Cadillac. I described the issue over the phone and was told my options. As I was leaving the shop a random shop work whom I presume was working on my car came up to me and continued explaining something to me about my Cadillacs coolant level I would have never ever even thoughtnofnor would have know. This shop is amazing. Honest mechanics.

Trustworthy and very helpful in giving advice on what to keep the car running even though the shop won't make a dime off that.

I came in first thing Saturday morning to have a diagnostic run on my car. An hour later it was diagnosed, and 3 hours after that, my car was ready. Everyone is so friendly, and I was very impressed with their efficiency. I highly recommend North Hollywood Auto Repair.
