Because I am utterly ignorant about cars, I depend on the honesty and skill of whoever is diagnosing and repairing my (very) old Mustang.In more years than I can count, Jack and Saeed and their team have not once lied to me or let me down.How, you may ask, do I know this so surely?Because in every case, the work has resulted in improved performance, and the bill has been less than I had ever feared.(The fact that Horizon, the rental service recommended by North Hollywood Auto Repair, always gives us remarkably low rates also increases my trust.)

As a first time customer, I felt confident that I was in good hands. The staff is highly professional, they don't play any games with you. They do an exhaustive check-up before working on your car & THEY TELL YOU what your car needs. Too many other shops I've experienced won't even look under your hood unless you tell them what's wrong with your car. As a woman, I did not feel as though "they saw me coming" and highly recommended them to 2 other first time women customers in the waiting room. My past experiences with dealers are not even fit to print here, they were so appalling. I have FINALLY found a decent place where I won't be taken advantage of, "extorted" for cash payment only, or any other schemes local mechanics practice on the public. A+++

I've had several cars serviced and repaired by Jack and Saeed for many years. They are reliable, honest, thorough, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
