Jack and Saeed are the most jovial and helpful mechanics I've ever had. They always explain what's what and do it with a smile. You're not just a customer they want to get in and out in two seconds and collect their money (like the dealership). They care about you and your vehicle. They will explain as little or as much as needed, and as a woman I appreciate this. Some mechanics take advantage of the fact that I am not mechanically educated and I've been taken advantage of in the past. NoHo Auto Repair are a fraction of the cost of my dealership and I feel I'm better taken care of there. I've been going to them on and off for years and whenever I go back to the dealership, I regret it and have to return my car 3 times because it wasn't done correctly or something was overlooked. No more. These guys have my business for life because they do it right the first time.

They did a thorough inspection and found some items that had been missed in the inspection by my Ford dealer. I brought the car in, arranged the particulars, they drove me home, and the car was ready by the end of the day. I'm satisfied and will be taking my other Ford into them this Friday (what more can I say).
