I found this place by accident, as i was given the wrong address to a recommended mechanic. As it turned out, Jack and Saeed took excellent care of me. They gave me a thorough overview of all the critical issues that needed to be addressed; many to which i was unaware of and previous mechanics (pep boys) failed to notify me about. I brought my car in late Monday and was surprised to have it finished the following morning, considering they had a full lot the previous day.

I have been coming to see Jack adn Syeed for at least three years and they have always been more than fair with regard to prices and service. If a lot of work needs to be done, they help prioritize the jobs so that I don't have to spend my entire paycheck at each visit. I have had bad experiences with other local mechanics and these guys treat me great at each visit. You can get a discount on parts if you have a AAA card, too.

As usual I was given a great deal of care when bringing my car in. Jack is a very friendly individual who cares about providing excellent customer service. He is also very knowledgeable and will explain everything in detail so you understand and will be able to make informed decisions about repairs if needed. What's also great? My gear shift broke off my steering and I could not move my car. AAA towed my car to North Hollywood auto care and I was very impressed with they're service.
