He immediately took a quick look to see if there was something he could do to alleviate the problem. He told me what to buy, bring it back to him so that he could install it. Within an hour I was on my way. As it happens, I needed further work, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Both Dan and John's service exceeded my expectation. I trust them completely and would not consider going anywhere else.
