Great experience here at North Hollywood Auto Repair. Dan took care of me from beginning to end. He was efficient, yet detailed in the diagnosis of my vehicle. It appears that the dealership actually ruined my engine due to gross negligence during scheduled service and repairs about 5 weeks ago. With Dan's diagnosis and feedback, I will be going back to Ford with the expectation that they cover the cost of fixing my vehicle.

Friendly and honest.. great service. Been going to them for over 10 years. They have a new amd based service system which reports the critical and non critical repairs needed which really enhances the service. Highly recommend for their honesty and competences.
