Fixed my directional arm, but had to bring it twice because wrong part was sent and had to be re-ordered. Also they did not find any misfires, although I can feel them

Dan is always honest with you if you dont need the service he wont just do it if there are other options. Which I respect as a lady customer most mechanics try to take advantage of you like the dealerships theyre always quoting you outrageous service prices then I go to Dan and John its a huge difference. I highly recommend Northhollywoodauto. I find here Honesty is the best policy!

Work was done quickly, no fuss, no difficulty or delay and the staff was friendly and professional. One downside may be that they can get busy sometimes, so it will help if you can make an appointment.

I keep going back, so I must be onboard! I do appreciate the communication in general, which is a big reason I keep my service there. Most times, someone ACTUALLY picks up the phone. And when my service light goes on, I get an candid evaluation as to the time frame I need to address an issue. This time in particular, their attention to my car alerted me to a mistake made elsewhere - because they called me to tell me - and because of that, I was able to rectify the situation quickly because they had their eye on the condition of my tires. So that was really appreciated, and was a safety issue. There are less expensive places to go, I'm sure, but the attention to my car in particular and the relationship that is built because of the communication... and the quality of work... maintains my customer status.

I have used North Hollywood Auto Repair many times and will continue to use them because they are the best at what they do. Everything about them is top notch. I would highly recommend them for your auto repair needs!
