My wife's car wouldn't start and we had to jump start it three times in a week. We took it into North Hollywood Auto Repair because we had a good experience with them the last time this issue popped up. I had forgotten that we purchased a new battery from them then. Dan called me back and said that the battery was purchased through them and was still under warranty. They replaced it for free and we were back on the road. Dan is the best! We had engine trouble nearby while trying to get back home to NorCal. They were busy but he made sure to fit us in and get us back on the road when he easily could've said no. Forever grateful. Could've charged us double without issue, but was fair and honest. No wonder the ratings are so good.
