(Been going here for three years. I have a 2001 Saturn with 175K miles.)I can't say enough how great this place is! Jack and Saeed are so nice, all the time, I've never had a bad experience. They're honest, give you all the options (even ones that don't include their shop!) and don't hide any charges. I hope I can recommend lots of people to them.

Went in for routine maintenaince and the experts found some potential problems ahead for the brake drums and so I had them take care of it. Always have found a very high caliber of diagnostic capabilties there and am never disappointed.

Saheed and Jack are the best. The repairs and the costs were exellent. North Hollywood Auto is now "our" shop.

Went in for an oil change and no pressure was given for other services! They made some recommendations and I will be going back.

Jack & his crew are the only guys in town that I ever let work on my car. He is fair, honest, funny, and best of all, a Midwest guy through and through. Having a major repair is never a fun thing, but somehow I always laugh when I'm there. Love Saheed too!

I trust these guys and that says a lot. They are friendly and honest. I started going here when my previous car was on its last legs. They gave me options and laid out the best case senerio. I wound up getting a new car soon after and go to them for regular matinence and oil changes. They charge a bit more for an oil change then Jiffy Lube, but you get what you pay for and they do a top to bottom check. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brought in my overheating 2000 Mazda Protege. They ran a few tests and found out the repair's going to be more expensive than the car's worth. They'd rather tell me the truth than sweeten the price a bit just so I can agree and they take my money. On top of that I complained that the other repair shop I use to go to was "expensive" and one of the mechanics said "Well we're not cheap either.." which surprised me that he admitted it "..but you won't find anywhere else that would give you 2 years warranty". These guys are legit. Get you car taken care of here. The reviews and the packed parking is an indication that customers appreciate their business.
