I have no problems with taking my sportrac to North Hollywood Auto Repair. My truck has 201,000 miles on it and I am not ready to part with it. Saeed is super friendly and explains everything that goes awry and what needs to be done, with very good estimates before the work is started.

We had some issues with a check engine light and Jack and the guys located the issue and even found manufacturer information about it where the dealer could not.

IT SEEMS THAT THEY WILL NEVER PRESENT YOU WITH A BILL WITH SURPRISES OR HIDDEN FEES. THEIR REPAIR CHARGES SEEM TO BE AT 65% OF DEALER CHARGES.

Brought in my overheating 2000 Mazda Protege. They ran a few tests and found out the repair's going to be more expensive than the car's worth. They'd rather tell me the truth than sweeten the price a bit just so I can agree and they take my money. On top of that I complained that the other repair shop I use to go to was "expensive" and one of the mechanics said "Well we're not cheap either.." which surprised me that he admitted it "..but you won't find anywhere else that would give you 2 years warranty". These guys are legit. Get you car taken care of here. The reviews and the packed parking is an indication that customers appreciate their business.
